    A warning: we should be clear in saying that activism doesn’t have to be progressive ; it can be regressive  as well.

      In theory, yes. In reality, brand activism is about aligning the brand with progressive movements such as ESG (environment, society, governance), corporate responsibility, and multi-stakeholder capitalism.
